Howdy!
I am currently in the process of getting a Level 4 Casual team this offseason and in need some raw talent to fill the roster. Bort announced the idea of a Cap 4 League and I decided to give it a try. I have had plenty of experience as a team owner. I have owned 2 teams in my time at GLB, both of which won the League Championship. One was a Casual team that I won with in the 1st season as a team, and the other was a Eastern Europe team that ended up making it all the way up to the AA. Enough of that for now, thats another story for another day.
Now, I need players to make this team a success. Here's what I'm looking for in my recruits...
Booster - Would like players who can boost 3X but if you can boost just once, that's fine.
Custom Equipment - Though not a real requirement, this would help you secure a starting position.
Level 1-4 - I do NOT want players higher than level 4. If you are not in the required level zone, then don't even message me.
Are Active - The true success to a championship is have a team that is completely active.
Set Tactics - Another key to a successful team is having players who set tactics.
Want To Win - Speaks for itself.
As of right now, I need every position. I like to get depth, so spots will be open for a while. Everything in the thread is 100% true, just ask any of the players or GMs I have coached and they'll give you an answer.
