Just signed up to a team yesterday and today I saw they signed a second one for some reason. I'm kinda worried, especially since I don't boost and max xp is my lifeline for leveling.

Probably sent two offers not expecting both to be signed, or two different recruiters etc. They should be willing to release you if your decent about it
