Looking for builds I like and can work with for my WR's
What we are looking for in players/agents- Active players/agents dedicated to winning. Would prefer players that boost and have C/E, so we don't have to overturn our whole roster each season, but it is not neccisary to have to apply. Need to be a good build for their position. Would like it if you are willing to play for minimum salary/bonus as we will be able to provide EQ money when needed once the season starts. We are looking to build towards the future as well as be competitive now.
The Gunslingers- A little bit about our team. We are a new organization. With season 13 being our first season as a team. We have a great owner and great coordinators, all dedicated to winning and making sure we treat our players/agents right. All our coordinators have experiance with doing their jobs. Most of us are very aprochable if you have questions or even suggestions.
Our team now- We have already brought in some of our new recruits for season 14. Besides them we brought back those who wished to remain with us, who all have great agents. As well as a few of them brought several of their other players to us for this season.
Our Offense- Our offense is run based with the abilty to pass when needed ( ex. certian downs, coming back late, against bad pass defense team... etc). So in a sense it is balanced. Our QB's and WR's had good years in season 13 with passing supposedly nerfed for a lot of teams. Our HB's had beastly seasons, as did our FB's when they got carries. TE's in my system get receptions as well as pancakes. Our line blocks with intesity!
Our Defense- We run a 4-3 D with big beef at the nose and DT, pass rushing DE's, pass defending/balanced LOLB's, run stopping MLB's, and pass defending ROLB's. CB's, FS's, and SS's do what you do!
About me- For any of you interested in this: I am an OC for 3 teams (the one I am recruiting you for- the Gunslingers. Also the Boats and Hoes, the San Diego Lightening Cheifs). My philosophy when coaching: I make sure active players/agents have priority over inactives, and I also I try to make sure playing time is avalible for all to get max xp. I believe in build over level- better builds will start.
Season 13- We went 16-0 regular season, and lost in the conference championship.
