I am currently on the wait list to get a Casual team this offseason and gonna need some good recruits to make this team a contender. I have had success in the past with teams, including Casual. I've won 2 League Championships and have been around for a while now so I know what I'm doing. I do everything for my team and make sure they have the best conditions to play in. I am the scouter, GM, Offensive/Defensive Coord., etc... I've done it before, so it's no big deal to me to have to do it all. Though some help would be appreciated.
Now to the real deal. The one Casual team I owned, I won the League Championship in the 1st season after getting the team really late. I'm gonna give it another try and hopefully win a few more championships in the process. Just a bit about me, I am always active, I make sure everyone gets playing time, I make sure my players get their EQ $$, everything a GM/Coach needs to do to make his team a success. I also play to win, not to slowbuild, not to be contenders, but to win and that's my goal. Here's what I'm looking for in my players...
+ Must boost. (Would like players who can boost 3X but if you can boost just once, that's fine.)
+ Have Custom EQ. (Though not a requirement, this would help you secure a starting position.)
+ Level 11-14. (I do NOT want players lower than level 11, or higher than 14. If you are not in the required level zone, then don't even message me.)
+ Are active. (The true success to a championship is have a team that is completly active.)
+ Set tactics. (Another key to a successful team is having players who set tactics.)
+ Want to win. (Speaks for itself.)
As of right now, I need every position. I like to get depth in every position, so spots will be open for a while. Everything in the thread is true, just ask any of the players I have coached and they'll give you an answer. If you are interested, PLEASE PM ME because I won't always check this thread. It's not that I don't check, it's just I have a bunch of threads out. I'd really like to have you aboard for the upcoming season.
