Just found this site, so most likely i know almost nothing yet, tho I have read plenty of information about how to build a player (LB in my case)
Here are my 2 LBs:

With both of them I go agility/vision intense training. First LB has 25 SP, 2nd - 15.
1st has eq in speed (+3) and vision (+1), 2nd is without eq at all for the moment.
So, the questions:
How long should i train agi/vis (is it even a good plan to train that way?) and when to spend SPs? Everywhere I read it says "till it softcaps", but I am not sure I understand it. Should I pump one of the skills to 48 and move to other intense training combo? OR should I pump one of the skills to level when I can softcap it with my SPs and then move to other combo?
What should I do with eq - is it better wait for some level and then get better eq? Not sure how it works, so my 2nd LB is naked.
Bonus tokens - should I just spend them on SPs or wait for eq upgrade (hell knows what does it mean
)?
Maybe silly questions, but would love to get serious answers or links to threads where I could get answers on my questions.
