I learned a lot with my punters, this guy was one of my last one's built, completely built for the end of his career.

He is 399 days old, and his last 4 seasons, he has been a stud punter in the best leagues in the game. You can see in his first 6 seasons, he was pretty mediocre.

One day I'll write his whole development plan, but for now, let's just say that confidence is really important.

Open build imo

While you have a couple seasons on me and are obviously in much higher leagues, I'm going to agree that it is VERY nice to think long term.
