My QB Jay C Cutler. is looking for a new challenge for season 14 on a level 38 capped team.

Jay has 2 lots of full equipment either in Vision or Throwing including 2 lots of custom, he also has 2 full pieces of AEQ in passing distance and passing quality, but I will be chancing one of those for a field general piece in season 14 as well as adding to his pocket passer tree.
What we are looking for:
A level 38 capped team
A team that is ready to win the playoffs
A friendly and active team that game plan and set tactics
