I'm looking to Co-Own a team and Coach. In this post you will see that I am just like Bill Parcels, Sean Payton, and Greg Williams Put together

Co-Owner Point of Interest:

I want to be a Co-Owner because it takes a lot to be a Owner, I did own a few teams at one point in time, I am active, I do anything i can to help the team, I answer question, post in the forums, find anything that can help the team, I know someone who will create scripts for me anything I need he will try to get it for me as soon as possible.

Offensive scheme:

I like to use the pass to set up the run, or use the run to set up the pass, I run screens too. I want my offense to be very complicated so the opposing Defenses will not be able to game-plan against it.

Defensive scheme:

I like use a 4-3, 3-4, 5-2, nickel, dime, quarter packages, I create my own plays, I even scout my own players to see what play or system they would work best in. I like to get everybody playing time, that's why i have so many packages, I like to blitz only where i see fit, and if i can, I need a good MLB, DT, and SS or FS. I like to have a complicated defense so I can attack their Offense is so many ways and angles.

Willing to take on a head coach role (this is basically what you described in your roles/functions anyways)? If you prove yourself to be an effective head coach I can always promote you to co-owner.

I've got a Canada AAA team, I'm looking for skilled coordinators, and someone to help me recruit.

I've run a pass heavy offense, with a 3-4 zone defense. I'd let you do what you feel you need to do to succeed.

We've got alot of turnover this year with retirements, so I'd need help recruiting.

U have only played this game for like 9 months...u dont have one single player...not a trophy one in your case.....is their something i am missing on why a team should bring u in as co-owner?

lol.....the game is only about 12 months old (not counting alpha seasons)....."only" 9 months???! You have played for under 10 months, lol.
