I believe confidence should be more important for CB's than any other position, minus QB. This game is supposedly built on real life properties of the game, and for CB's, confidence is #1. That doesnt mena it should be your highest stat, thats a bit nuts, but it should hold importance for any solid CB build.
Jumping I believe is overrated, a fair amount is good, too much is a waste. Same with catching. Stamina is a must, just cuz you can play 60 plays means nothing, its how effective you can be late in the 4th quater. Stamina is like a boost to all your attributes cuz it keeps you from losing effectiveness late in the game. Play the #'s.
I agree with most of that. However confidence for a CB is over rated if your talking about real life. As a CB in college it was all reaction for me. You don't have enought time to think how fast a guy a guy is. The coaches put you in the right place. You are trained to put the last play out your mind.
As for GLB if your on a bad team train alittle on it. If your on a playoff team get it to 18 and let it be.
I dont know man, I dont think your right at all. Confidence for a CB in real life is overrated? Heres an example:
07 Playoffs, NY Giants CB Corey Webster, was even benched and deactivated during the season because his play was less than stellar and people were talking bust for the 2nd round pick.
Come playoffs he got activated and had to face the following WRs, in succession, Joey Galloway, Terrol Owens, Donald Driver, Randy Moss. Yea. And he played extremely well and those recievers didnt do much. The kid stayed positive and never got down on himself. He even made an interception on Brett Favres last pass to give the Giants the ball in overtime and send them to the SuperBowl.
I dont know what your talking about, but I know NFL Football, and all the coaches ever talk about when it comes to Cornerbacks, is confidence. So I definately disagree. College is one thing, we're talking pros here.
