The Shortbus Allstars (EE Pro) are regearing for another strong season. Most of the team is back but we need to fill a few spots listed below. We are a pretty laid back group of mostly older agents who just like to win games. Contrary to what the team name might suggest, we have a pretty normal forums.
I try my best to pay for all EQ, but as everyone knows, at the upper levels teams must prioritize upgrades, so I can't promise EQ for everyone, although I do my best to cover everyone.
I run the game planning and scouting on both sides of the ball, so you don't need to worry about the quality of AI going down the tubes if a GM decides to split. We've been consistently very good since our inception in season 7 (aside from our first trip to AAA at around a lvl 44 average.)
If you have any questions about the team, feel free to shoot em on over. I never guarantee starting spots, as they are typically earned through performance. I will, however, promise everyone will get their chance to shine and prove themselves worthy of starting spots.
Here are the team needs (looking for around level 57ish and up - trying to avoid people who will be into their 2nd season of decline):
3 Wide receivers - Speedsters haven't done the best things for us, so I'm looking for balanced builds with high catching and good AE/receiving SAs. Some str/blocking is a plus.
1 Blocking FB - You will be our short yardage bulldozer. Pass blocking is also a major plus here. Would prefer 100+ str with 80+ block, or close to it.
1 Run Stopping LDE - I've found the formula for success here is 100 str/100 agil or higher, with high shed block skills.
1 LB - We have versatile LBs, so we're looking for someone who can either play LOLB or ROLB(no need for both - you'll settle into one position). 100+ speed, 85+ agil, 68 str/tackle, and decent coverage skills. SAs not a biggy.
1 DT - Same as the LDE I would like high agil/str here. DTs with low str who spend half the game on their ass in order to get the occasional sack need not apply.
1 Special teamer - Prefer a dot with good speed/str/agil who either has 15 special teamer VA or will pick it up. Special teams is a big part of our game so you will be a crucial piece of the puzzle. Any position works here if built properly, but centers and DEs typically work best I've found.
