I've been an OC for about 3 Seasons, i've worked with many different types of offense and had success with all of them, i only OCed 2 teams this season, both are in the 2nd round of the playoffs and both went 14-2
I want to move up to the Uncapped teams and display my offense for a few teams and lead them to a championship, i've have 1 championship as a scout, and a Conference Championship as a DC, i want to prove myself as a Offensive Coordinator, i dedicate myself to the teams i OC for as well, and i love to communicate with players and especially the owner...
Now, as i said, i only want to DC 1 team, it has to be 38 cap or higher, i'm taking next season off as a DC to improve my game, thats why i only want 1 team, i'll be experimenting with different things and different types of defenses, i want a owner that will allow me to do whatever i want with the Defense and with the players that are on the team, remember, i will only pick ONE TEAM...

Ex-OC Bubonic Plague (WE AAA)
Ex-DC Batdambang Killer Koalas in SEA Pro
Ex-DC of the Alberta Mounties in Canada AAA #1
CURRENT OC of the Arnprior Muskrats and Wolverine Nation (both 14-2 and won their first playoff game) both had #1 Offenses but was a run heavy team
Also the OC of the Cagayan A-Bombs in SEA AAA #1

4-3/3-5-3 mix Defense and Balanced Offense
Give some mentoring to defensive players on their builds.
