I dont have the experience as most other OC on here, but I work hard to give the team the best chance to win. Give me a chance to OC and I think you will like the results. Looking for cap 46 or higher to see if my system works with the higher levels.

Okay I am looking for a team that I dont have to recruit because I am not a recruiter. I know what I am looking for in builds to make the offense work. If you have team that is established with good agents and builds PM me. I apologize to those teams that need rebuilding I just dont have the time to do that.

I am still looking for a AA team or higher that has good depth and player builds. I know I dont have the experience as the other OC here, but you wont be disappointed with me as an OC because I work hard and I learn something new every day.
