Warrior General Games

I havent been OCing with full control the past two season because of time constraints but I was assistant OCing for other teams. I am very experienced however and I have been an actual OC for 8 seasons under my belt. I like to run a balanced attack with a lot full steam ahead running up the middle and short to intermediate high percentage passing routes to move the chains and move down field methodically. Long drives are a premium as it keeps the D fresh and able to shut other teams out. Of course this is subject to change as its about how you use your players not how good they are necessarily. My strengths are situational playcalling and being able to adapt and change to the game. However that being said im not a great rectuiter.

My only requests are:

No Minors. Its a parity issue really. I want to be in a league where I have to actually gameplan more than 4 games

Full control of the offense. If I'm going to do this then I want to be able to do it. For example I dont want to HAVE to run the ball with the QB just because we a rushing QB on the roster. It hampers the offense when you have to script out how many player need to get how many carries and plays. I will be fair but I dont want to get ina situation where it is mandatory to do certain things ya know.

Fun and active forums are a huge plus.

I would like to see your builds before I commit to a team. That way I can check you guys out and see what will work out and what not

Would you be willing to OC for the rest of this season in the minors? My team is pretty talented in a very competitive league. We could use a great OC to help us make a playoff push.

I think some people are getting the playing time thing wrong haha. Everyone should get equal playing time its just for example I wont want to have to throw passes to my FB because we have a receiving FB just for the sake of having one haha.
