If you plan on building an elusive back, natural speed of 68 or better, is pretty much a must. As for making an elusive back vs combo....I'd say commit to being elusive/speed oriented. Later on skills like strength/carrying will be devolped to make your back more complete.

Speed to 74
Agility to 74
Train Strength/Carrying


Or maybe train Agility/Vision right now while you're getting Speed up to 74.
