you worked on the minors and ignored the majors. not how i would build a TE so imo its pretty bad

You have an almost decent WR there. Not really sure where you were trying to go. For a speed receiver, he is slow.
You just seem very impatient because you jumped around to other attributes before you finished the ones you wanted first. Stick to the mains, you will make a better dot. I just think you should have built a WR, this guy should retire.
