I get the basic idea, but how to best implement it?

What's the difference between using it within the Offensive-AI and within packages?

What's the difference between the speed settings?

When to use it vs when to not use it?

Any info would be great!

Dont use it. Best advice I could offer. You run one QB rollout and it goes for 99 yards and a TD and that play gets called every 3rd play and it fails, you'll lose.

But if you activate the auto-adjust within an offensive package, but not in the Offensive AI, then shouldn't it call the plays within the package that are working better, but you still only call that specific package from within the AI a certain % of times?

For example, say you have a package which contains all your favorite I-Formation runs. And say within that package you have 10 different possible runs, all at 10%. And you call this package about 20% of the time when you want a rushing play. Thus without auto adjust, each of those 10 plays will have about a 2% chance of going off.

If only half of those I-Form runs are working, then shouldn't it switch those plays within the package to around 20% each and the ones not working to around 0%. But since we don't have auto adjust active on the AI, it will still only call the I-Form Run package 20% of the time, but when it does, the auto adjust should call the plays from within the package that are working better. Correct?

I have no Idea and Bort never told anyone how they work nor will he ever so its like playing darts in the dark. I put my favorite plays in and set it to 100% each. This way the sim will eventually call my plays.

If you use it, it will screw you Defense up more than anything.
You will get plays that are not even in your DAI, and fucking have a 3rd down defense play on your goalline D because it was successful a couple of times..........Just from what I have experienced and wondered wtf play is that?

I use auto-adjust within off packages and on certain OAI inputs (very few) so that it adjusts what's working from the select few play's I've called.

I have the normal/main auto-adjust turned off and set to 0 though (as that's the one that calls random garbage plays that cost you games).

So auto-adjust within packages and OAI inputs are fine, just make sure the main is turned off!

Cool, that's the info I was looking for.

But to clarify, the auto-adjust within the packages will adjust the % of plays called from within that package to give a higher % to those plays that are working better?

And from within the OAI, it will adjust the % of plays/packages called under that specific OAI entry to those plays/packages that are more successful?

Just making sure as I don't want it to input any new plays that mess me up, only rearrange my %'s on what is working vs what is not.

Exactly what I do.

Excuse my post........I was thinking you were talking about % of main Auto Adjust. Which affects the whole sim selections on both sides of the ball.

Note the F UP on Defense! ( I mentioned) Obviously this is not going to happen if you slap a OAI package with Medium Adjust

I have both benefitted and suffered b/c of it.

Like LE said, I've seen where the first play is a big td but only b/c of a broken tackle, and even though it gets stuffed repeatedly after that, it keeps getting called.

However I've also been in tough defensive struggles where nothing works except one obscure play that normally barely gets called, suddenly auto adjust keeps calling it and it's great.

So it's a fickle thing. If you use it, it can at times help you, but you don't have any right to complain when it screws you.

if/when any of you have actually used auto adjust, what would be the highest percent you would put it at? i might try it out in a scrim or something to see what it does to my ai.
