If you can give me a build plan, please make a reply or send a PM to me!

Thanks!

You're probably better off coming up with one and asking others to critique it. You'll get better information doing that than you will just asking someone else to do the work for you.

Train SPD/AGI till you can cap SPD at 68(i go all the way to 74 on mine)

Train AGI/VIS until you can get AGI to 68, VIS should be at 30-35ish when you are done

Then i switch to training STR/TCK until i can get both of those to 50

Then go back to training VIS with CON until you can get VIS to 50

after that you need to focus on getting STR/TCK and VIS all to 68, in any order you want.

any build plan starting with speed over agility is full of fail. Sorry to break it to you guys.

He should look somewhat close to this... hell probably better now that you can start with higher agility rolls etc.

And no he's not blitzing 100% quite yet... he's not ready to consistently.

If you believe speed is the most important attribute (which is reasonable for a ROLB), it's definitely not "full of fail." I would never do a ILB/MLB this way, but ROLB is a tad different with the way the metagame is and has been for about 10 seasons.

The bonus difference is fairly small between speed and agility, if you want speed to be your highest attribute with all the EQ on it, you should cap it first or be ready to buy one more cap than you would have if you went first with it (which isn't necessarily bad).

Wow. Vision first guys. You train it with agility. Once vision is capped, you take agility and speed to 74(or the cap-about). Training? Vision/agility, agility/speed, speed/tackling, tackling/strength, confidence/stamina.

So you put your best level gains onto your 3rd or 4rth most important attribute?

There isn't much difference between a blitzing ROLB and a normal ROLB. The only thing I would suggest would be higher Speed, Agility and Vision, looking for 100+ Speed, 90+ Agility and 80+ Vision by level 56.

I'd only suggest 1 or 2 pieces of AEQ, in which case you can hold off until you're level 30. Use BTs for the SPs until then. +% Break Block is your best bet - two pieces, with +2 or +3 in a relevant attribute.

Threads like this make the idea of "cookie cutters" laughable.
