I say you need to have at a minimum 85-90 speed.

Personally I wouldn't ever let someone with all their equipment in speed/agility play LDE. That begs to be run all over because you just won't have the strength to keep up with the ROT.

i have a LDE at 100/100/80 STR/AGI/SPD. im falling out of love with Agility though. i think 110/80/90 would be the best.

This is pretty accurate, 85-90 speed really makes a difference....going from 90-100 doesn't help as much though.

so 110agl 90spd is what i'd go with

Depends on how your team is, i got a 80str(no eq), 110agl, 95spd LDE who does pretty good in Pro league, its all about SAs at DE position.
75-80 strength is enough not to get instant pancaked, and if you can shed a block quick enough you can really disrupt the run game, as well as be a good pass rusher.
Albeit I like to have a high strength LOLB covering my ass just in case.

I've played around with my DE a little bit. Even with 80ish strength, he was still getting pancaked too much in AAA. I made that decision after this monstrosity:

I'm rolling 95/82/101 now, though I kept my old agility equipment around in case. Only been pancaked eight times in six games since, though the competition has been easier. Without seeing opposing LT builds, it's always hard to tell when you're doing something right, at least in AAA and lower.

I think even at RDE you need to have solid strength. If I team plans to run at the RDE and he's getting run over, it could mean the ball game.
