depends. If he is hoping for the LB to be good long term, then he should retire.

If he is only wanting to get what he can out of the LB this season and next in the lower capped leagues, then he is fine.

I think he should retire and start over, but I think the build can be saved to a degree.

If he gets SPD/AGI to 68, he can be good until he is about lvl 45-50, then his loss of auto lvl gains on STR/TCK/VIS will make him a liability

I wouldn't boost that player if it were mine.

his builds seem to be making the forms alot... id say retire but u can let him play until his build reaches his peak and declines should be soon id assume next 2 caps mayb

280,000 a year?? what were you thinking about when you signed him?? my lvl 42 LB makes 199,000 a year lol

he could be pretty dominant in the minors if he didn't boost.
