I want to go higher now to DC with I have a great system that I am finally working out thanks to Mingo and blevstone for the ideas. Here is the stipulation I want to do a 3-4 defense with the players already in place with good builds on a AA team or higher. I know I dont have the experience, but if someone will give me a chance to prove that I can do AA defense as well as i have been doing the Pee Wee and cap 14 team I think you will be surprised at how well I will do. I can only do one more team and I will have to look over the builds before I decide. I dont take guff from owners or players so if you have a problem with that then it probably wont work out.

okay guys I have not found the team yet that I would be comfortable with. I though I would post what I am looking for in a team. Like I said I want to go with a 3-4

2 NT strength at least 100
4 DE I want them built identical almost with at least Strength, speed and agility.
3 LB very fast LB with 3 LB with a with lots of strength for the inside
2 SS with lots of speed
2 FS with coverage attributes
5 Good coverage CB.
