All OL are set to pass focus, QB is set to favor open man, has 15 VAs in Quick Release, and we are giving up sacks at an alarming rate. Do we just need better OTs?
I looked at your last game, and there is no doubt that your tackles are getting smoked. More Agility as well as Blocking and Speed will help.
However, I also saw a sack where the SS blitzed from just inside the WR2 and got the sack, along with several sacks where the DE did not get by on the initial block break, but had time to get by the OT the second time. Looking at your passing game, your QB needs to see the open man quicker and pass the ball and your receivers need to do a better job of getting open. It is probably a combination of WR/QB builds and possibly QB tactics.

This. Not to be sarcastic, but w/ the way the passing sim is this season, running is your best bet. My QB used to be ridiculous, but now he's struggling. He can't get the ball away in time, and when he does, he has a hard time finding open receivers. I've gone from pass heavy offense to run heavy offense this season.
Part of the problem is that w/ the DPC, defenses can find exploits in various formations. If there are certain plays that result in more sacks than others, I would remove them from the playbook and try to find plays that can exploit those blitzes.
