Depends on the scheme used. Just because you use a 3-4 in GLB doesn't mean the build is the DE like build you'd expect to see in the NFL.

It's silly to try and plan it out that way, because 3-4s and 4-3s don't necessarily work the same way as in real life.
Just envision what you'd like your guy to do, and focus your build on that. Pass Rush, Coverage, or Run Stuffer...build them well and by the time you get your player built there will be coordinators who can find uses for him on good teams.
Run stuffers seem to be the most rare, IMO, for the outside linebacker positions.
