I personally would lean towards Superior Vision regardless of build, simply put, it lets you see the plays develop and react faster. I had Monster hit on my last safety, and it did almost nothing for him, it doesn't activate all the time, and when it does, I found it did nothing for the hit (i.e. forced fumbles) just my two cents.

I wasted a few seasons w/ a MH piece as well. 90% of my tackles were Monster Hits, but it never forced a fumble.
