They beat the system. You can resign players that will be out of cap so long as they are already on your team before you enter that cap.

Create team.
Slow-build for a couple of seasons, take losses, stay at low caps (these guys were obviously Cap 14 last year)
Keep resigning the same players over and over despite barely moving up the ladder.
Win League.

I had players on a cap 14 team that in S12 went 13-3 but got knocked out of the playoffs in the 2nd round. At the end of the season the entire team was level 22 and under, except for my QB who was level 25. The team was moved to cap 26.

Then you see something like this. Quality control? Wat dat?

Thank goodness we are a slow build team and didn't expect to compete for a trophy. However guys if we did, dropped flex for CEQ and Boost before season...........Isn't this a full fuck over?

Another good thing about peewees is if your roster sucks it's no big deal. They will all be gone at the end of the season anyway.

what happened was they didn't make the play-offs in 13 capped but then all resigned. It sucks, but it happens

The problem, imo, is that shouldn't even be part of the equation. Level should trump all. If you are level 25 and suck, that's their problem for being shitty agents. If you're level 25 and have been sandbagging or even promoting normally, then you go to cap 26. End of story.

GLB should stop trying to artificially place teams in leagues. The team level average should dictate the cap level you play at, with a possibility of a +5 level for for players already on the team providing they do not boost the team average level over the cap limit.

It just seems that every season you read about these teams and this BS happening. TBQH, I fail to see the honor or pride in winning a league you outlevel by 7 to 10 levels. Where's the challenge?

Speaking of beer goggles. I am in Puerto Rico right now on a quick trip and I go to the class 6 (liquor store on base) to get some booze for family back home. I see they have 48 packs of beer for 22 dollars what a sweet deal I think to myself. So I pick it up. I open the box to put them in the fridge and what do I find they are freaking 8 oz cans.. It looks like it was made for my daughter....
