While I'm not a fan of the balanced cap approach, the build looks pretty solid.

It won't have the same top-end as other builds, but given the large number of relevant stats for a HB that's not necessarily a bad thing ...

You've got a great start, now get his speed up and he'll really be able to do some damage.
Personally I third capped carry after 4th capping str and saw excellent results.
