ive been in the league since the first season been a coach probaly about half of them ive always stuck with the team i was on until they either got new gm or the team died. i started out with a team this past offseason but when i started i couldnt recruit or anyhting and it wasnt active at all the gm is not ever online i couldnt take it and i couldnt recruit and ive had my most success when i was able to recruit......season before last i took a losing record team to a 3 loss season and guys our offence was anemic...im very active im looking for a active team im willing to even be an assistant .....i only coach one team at a time so u have my full attention thatnks guys
