The game should be moving forward...not backward.

I think one contract extension should be allowed in peewees after a certain level. That would solve the issue without breaking the intended purpose of cutting off peewees from being a cash cow. Why make a change that can be circumvented by playing the EQ game and not just make a simple fix to make the game better.

Did somebody say somewhere that this was the purpose of the change? I thought it was to level the playing field so pee wees always started out with 0 experience at the start of the season.

If this doesn't get changed, I'll just start making all of my players on the first day of the preseason so I can qualify for that sweet sweet pee wee renegotiation cash.

If Bort was trying to stop pee wee renegotiation, he's a moron for leaving that one wide open. I don't think Bort is a moron, ergo I don't think Bort was trying to stop pee wee renegotiation. I don't think that's really on his radar.

I can see it being a server backlog if people are just buying and selling a bunch of equipment for hours to get the $$$

A simple fix will be to allow renegs only, so a player on your roster may be offered multiple contracts throughout the year.

I can't believe that you can't renegotiate a contract. You are already on the team, so the XP thing is a moot point.

Hardly. It doesn't take that much time to go through your Equipment fund.

I don't have a problem with Bort shutting the valves to the Pee Wee cash cow. You can offer max cash and max bonus and provide full level 8 equipment and any aeq that you want. Why do players need more than that?
