I'm wondering about resetting this VA on my pass rushing DE.

In the game's he has played it seems to almost do the opposite. It is like the OT sticks to him like glue, despite having this maxed out, pass rusher maxed out, and +15% break block AE.

Anyone else seen anything on this VA?

Sucks by itself.

I used it in the preseason and got 0 sacks. I took it off and with no va's at all and I got 2 sacks the first game of the season.

Totally worthless. I've moved it to Bull Rusher and Stonewall now.

Read the fine print on Technique Man, it won't work if the OT agility is within 10% difference, so that may be why it sucks.

Its pretty good imho.
Bull Rusher is better though.

I think that a lot probably depends on how they calculate that 10% difference. When I first saw it, I thought it meant base stats and equipment. Most pass rushers will easily have over 10% agility there. If the calculation is based on total bonus stats, from things like Pass Blocker and Protector, it would be much harder for the defender to be 10% higher.

I like it.

It has worked well for me so far but my DE is agility based so he will easily have 10% more agility than anyone trying to block him. Bull Rusher got nerfed before it even really got to be used. IMO a .5% and 1% is not worth it, I used it in one preseason game and then ditched it.

I'm using it this season and it does seem to be work that great. no sacks just hurries.

It's been great for my DT. It's been okay for my DE

I suspect DTs will have a lot more success with it because interior OL rarely have more than 60-70 agility even at high levels.

I have 10 in TM with my DT, first game I got 31 hurries and 1 sack...granted it wasnt vs the best team or anything heh.

I honestly don't know about it....My DE is beasting it up against any team..But it's not any different then he's been doing for the last 4 seasons...VA's or not.

Got two sacks with it at 15 today in a AAA 41-23 win.

So far, I'd say it's been effective for my DT. He did NOTHING last season and I've been encouraged by the results of scrims/games so far.

I think Teq Man is excellent for DT/NT. They are going up against C-G that usually neglect building agility and go purely on str-blk, and now they are paying for it. Bort threw that 10% bull in there so DEs can't be dominating.
