I would say roll agian.

When playing OLB, depending on the scheme ofcourse, you will generally be going into pass coverage with the tight end or covering the HB out of the backfield. So you might wanna get some pieces with either Superior Vision or Shutdown Coverage.
Also, you will want to get some more vision for your LB so that you will be more effective in your coverage as to when the passes are thrown and getting to the right spot.
The +2 speed and 5% tackle piece is decent but there is much better for you in my opinion.

I'd take it and keep shopping - it's definitely a useable piece, but you'll probably want something else when you get to higher levels.

I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Vastly underrated piece. I'd go with one piece exactly like that, one shutdown coverage, and one "luxury" type piece, either break block %, monster hit, avoid fake, or super vision.
