Idk if this been brought up but how much cushion I put if I don't want CB to give his man abosolutely no cushion I mean stick on him like glue

That really all depends on your build and defensive scheme. I would ask your defensive coordinators what they want you to do.
But if they have no clue what they are doing (I know, that would never happen), set it as close as possible and then see how your player does in the next few preseason sims and adjust accordingly.
