Umm, well I guess my question would be speed is at 77 natural should I push to 80? Also I was thinking agility to 74 natural, good call? I have a first step and a spin piece in my store, FS sounds ok but I will probably just push it naturally being the first sa, is spin worth a damn? What va's would you be using?

depends.
if you want a PURE speester, yeah, go ahead and push it to 80 asap, and 74 agility would be a good call [allowing you to get up to top speed faster]
you should look for 2 AEQ peices, one with FS or Route Run, and the other with HF or Juke. [dont go with spin if you go this route, since it only fires AFTER the catch, where HF and Juke can fire while you are running your route, which would give you more separation]
depending on which AEQ's you get, say you go FS and HF, you'll only need to pump Sp's into them to around 4-5 natural, and let the AEQ cover the last 4-5 to round it off at 10 [11 with CE]
if you do the above, route run wouldnt be a bad thing to invest in, it would allow your WR to have more of a variety of routes he can effectively run, not just streaks, etc.

on the other hand, spin is very effective after the catch [when maxed] and if you have the right combination of attributes, & VA's.

thanks man, what do you think of the build so far. It's my first one since my second player ever made(that didn't work out to well). So you like the FS piece? Won't I have to get it up to get the other ones up or do I want it at 10 or more and I can use the aeq to help me get there? thanks

for your level you have a solid foundation [speed and agility]
if you go with the 80 speed way yeah, i'd keep the FS piece.
and yeah, thats the beauty of the AEQ, you dont have to use up a ton of SP's on VA's. usually near the last 3-4 years of your players career [the "important" ones for most lol pro leagues etc] you should have atleast one AEQ fully upgraded, and close to 2 peices. each peice that gives a SA bonus would give you a +5 or +6 to that SA. so thats why you'd only really need to put SP's into them till they are around 4 or 5 natural [save this for later in your build though mid-late 50's]
