Looking at my build, where should i place my skill points. I actually have 20 right now. But will boost 3x to get 15 more. My build should be open to all. Let me know what you think.

This. At level 63 you should have 70 vision by now. And get rid of that monster hit piece. Use an SDC piece instead.
