Vancouver is cap 38 going into season 13 and our only needs are this position as need to release one of our guys. We have a great team and all agents are team owners and or multi GM's...we banded together with start in farm pee wee to max. out slow build and gain finances now we are ready to out perform.
Last season record is deceiving as we were in wrong cap league and support could not fix......now for season 13 we are set for sure.
