i start a dynasty with a level 1 guys to grow up to the biggest succes possible, i have a very big stadium and i lot of money to pay youre equipement. Its gonna be a no-boost team. I only search level 1 for every position. If you have more than 1 players its will be better and you need to talk on the forum.
