We seem to have done ok this season, we got a team together very easily and quickly. How is everyone else finding it?

I'm experimenting with HHM this season, so I'm going to air it out some (it better be working!!!

Basically yeah its faster to create players but the overall planning of the pee wee team have been done way before the changes came - so for us I guess the real difference is only we do not have to wait long before all the players have made their characters.
So easier -
In terms of planning : no
creation during off season - sure !

tbh anyone who is on the wait list who has not gotten a group of people together before they got their team will still have problem finding people.
I don't know why there is such a lack in planning for these guys. if you are on the list, get your team together.

Well true prior planning does something with success or something, but here's the difference.
Offer 1) "Hey man, here's my team we went 14-2 last season and are in Silver this season. We made it deep in the playoffs, and are looking for some specific positions to supplement our agent list from last year to challenge for a championship. Check us out"
Offer 2) "Hey man, I should be getting a Pee Wee Team in a few days. We should go far into the playoffs because it's the Copper league where competition isn't as good. Will you pass up the other 5-10 contracts you are getting and wait to sign with me when I get my team assigned?"

First year peewee owners need to create 50 guys themself, or have a network of friends to create 3 - 5 players each while the owner makes 25+.

While this is the easiest method, I was proof against last year. I ended up with a 51 man roster, 40 different agents and a League Championship. You just need to do everything you can to get in touch with people, search the marketplace, message guys in the D-Leagues, stalk the forums. I think I signed my last guy on day -3 of the preseason. A level 10 super slow build/no skill points assigned player is generally better then a CPU player.

If you finally figured out how to sign one of these guys to your Pee Wee squad....PM me with the secret....but don't tell anyone else.

I was lucky someone traded me their team but I had a full roster ready to create for me back before day 30, i would have still had this if i was on the wait list.
if you start early enough you can usually find people willing to create, hell i even had some dorks back-out at the last minute and was able to find replacements

Well yeah I did, I paid off Bort, but I was really referring to at the end of the season when human players level up and CPU stay level 1.
