If I understand it right, teams can say no to the promotion. If the team says no, it goes to the next team. Well the ABD said yes, so why were we not allowed up? Bort you call us out, yet break your own rules????? Sad day in GLB land.

Sorry, but when he was reaching down to non-playoff teams, obviously he realized the system he put in place isn't working.
