Have equipment in both throwing and speed so I can customize from game to game based on the type of quarterback you want to put out there. I dont expect the team to pay for upgrades in both categories, just one.
Custom equipment.
Like everybody else I would like a team that can be competitive. I am active and will check the forum everyday and make tactic adjustments but probably wont be a huge contributor just because of my other responsibilities and my limited time on the site.
Daily salary is not super important I just want to be able to train.
