I have been OCing for 6 seasons now and I currently don't have a team to OC for S13. I have been all over in the caps from cap 13 to AAA. I have had great offenses before that just destroy the league.
I will come in and create an AI that will run on team strengths. I will scout for every game unless it is a CPU team. I can also recruit, but will need help to get it done.
