He is currently on my team but I am willing to release him if I can find a starting job.
My guy is 44 currently but at 681/1000. He has custom EQ and always boosts x3 so will be level 47 before game 1.
He will need level 48 EQ after game 2 when he hits 48 and 56 toward the end of the season if he makes it to 56.
I am open to suggestions on where to put the 15 SPs he will have.
His VAs include 15 in Natural Leader to help boost the 8 in Field General and 13 Quick Release. After he maxes it to 15, he will work toward either Hard Count or Football Genius, depending on what the team prefers.
