SS: Speed to 68 is primary then Agility to 68 then Vision to 62/68 depending if he is going to play zone or man

When should I work on strength? I always thought that was a key attribute.

with your SS, soft cap spd, and split the rest down the middle on vis and agi
I'm surprised you waited so long though to spend your points

If I add all of them I can soft cap speed, agility, and vision. Would this be a good move? I can double cap speed and then just have agility and vision around 38 each.

That would also be a good choice, but I would take either agi or vision to it's cap if thats what you are going to do, there is much argument over which is more important agi or vis probably vision first and train agi as well as put points in it, I've got my spd capped at lvl 2, and agi and vis capped at lvl one and he seems to be a pretty decent SS so far, take a look at his build if you want, it's open at the moment, as far as your FS goes I really have no idea what to do with him.

Agility is more important at an level less than 25. IF you could, 3rd cap speed, then 3rd cap agility, then 2nd cap vision, then 1st cap tackling/strength

Um, no. Saving up to 80 skill points has hurt each of your safeties dearly in the form of level bonuses. By not capping them early, and one or two should have been done by now, you have hurt the longevity of them.

I'd put all points into speed for both.
