Just thinking out loud for a moment... For over a week now, I've been stewing/waffling back and forth as to what the future holds for our team. One day it's a definite "time to step away from a team owner responsibility", and the next day it's "no way, i gotta keep this thing going!"...

I've got a bit of feedback from some players that don't really wanna fold up shop yet if possible, and i do have some soon to be FAs interested in coming... but i'm wondering out loud now whether or not it will be too difficult to once again replace a lot of retirees, probably even more than last season it looks...

bottom line, last thing i want to do is stick around and have to pull a WSI or SDD...

Yea, it really is too much to ask most team to maintain status after decline hits their original players. I think this will become a cycle. Even just 1 extra year of plateau would make things a lot more stable. Good luck. There are like 10 USAPL teams folding or gutting so you might find a taker
