Depends on where you take attributes and how the SIM changes
right now look at using equipment to finish with
100 strength
100 agility
90 speed
Then get 2 pieces of First Step AEQ so you can get it to 10.
I hope to god that isn't how it stays though, even though my DT is one of the 2 benefiting most by this being an "ideal" build.
