Where should I go next?

The standard build calls for Str then Agi for a NT or Str based DT. Agi is probably best, train until you have the points to cap. However, if he were mine I'd have to consider first capping tackling before doing agility.

yes I'd probably soft cap tackling while training agility although others would train agility and fourth or fifth cap strength.

Go ahead and cap Tackling as you have 32 in it. Train Agility/Vision or Agility/Speed. I suggest Agility/Vision.
