im not an expert, but youre too slow. cap speed to the third cap, while training agility/vision. then cap agility to the third cap while training jumping/vision.

thats what i would do so far.

For your level your speed is fine. I like the progression you are going. Catching as primary, and vision as secondary. I'm sure you'll be working on speed/agility after vision. Regardless of what people say, you can be a very successful receiver with end game speed of only 85-95. Over 100 speed isn't a must have.

but how will he ever get open by being slower than a DT?

He will be a great WR for the low level leagues. Once you get into the 40-50-60 level range you will never get picked up by the higher leagues. Good luck.

My advice from here on out is to never ever put another point into catching. Refocus on speed and agility. Dont stop until they are around 73.

Put it in to perspective; My WR has around 63 catching in AAA leagues at level 58. I have only dropped 3 balls out of all 45 games (including scrimmages) in two seasons. A WR needs to catch, yes but that is only 1 small part. You dont need 70-80 catching to be good at catching. I recommend no more than 68 by level 60+. Your on track to have way more than that by then. You need to be able to get open as well. Speed and agility is important, more so IMO. Supplement Catching with other things like VAs, SAs and Adv Eq.
