Does anyone know if Cut Block will work
for a TE? I rolled a piece:

It does say "this center" will take the person out of the play
when overmatched.... but I also know that Cut Block is
on the Guard's and OT's run block tree too.

Has anyone actually equipped it and had it work for a TE?

Will it work well for a TE? I'm inclined to think no.

ive noticed a slight increase in blocking ability with it.

I would think that hold block % increases would be better. Most blocking TEs have uber-high strength and blocking, and aren't going to be over-matched very often, if at all. If you've got a big hold block %, you can block both speed guys and strength guys with less difficulty.
