What I offer:
I can complete a team's stadium in 4 seasons assuming they make the playoffs in 3 of those seasons. I am nearly always around at rollover to fix stadium prices to max out the value.
What I am looking for:
An organized team who can immediately compete in their first season.
An owner who plans on sticking around for multiple seasons.
A semi active team forum, it doesn't have to be constant posting but it shouldn't be a graveyard either.
