mt CBs current headpiece has 4 speed, 1 stamina, and +10% intercept chance after 4 upgrades I found another headpiece that starts with 3% intercept chance..after 4 upgrades will that come out to more than 10% int chance?

Yes. It increases 2% each upgrade, so your original piece would have to have had only 2% and +1 stamina to begin with.

so, if they increase by 2% the other would come out to 4 speed, +11% int chance? and is the other +1% int chance better than the 1 stam?

Honestly, both aren't great. I'd keep looking for something better.
