Minimum Requirement for Speedy WR
a) Boost 3 times in Season 13
b) Speed + Agility > 175 (in cases of different EQ distribution, this is how I will measure it)
c) 60+ Catching
d) 35+ Jumping
e) 40+ Vision
Minimum Requirement for Possession WR
a) Boost 3 times in Season 13
b) Speed + Agility > 155
c) 68+ Catching
d) 35+ Jumping
e) 40+ Vision
