In order of my favorite:
1.) Quick Release
2.) Football Genius
3.) Clutch/Laser Arm (it's a matter of preference)

Quick Release, Slow Starter, Clutch.

It seems most people think Quick Release is #1 and Clutch is #3, but see a couple different ideas for #2.

Quick Release is a gimme. Natural Leader helps the Field General ability to give the entire offense a boost to morale and stamina. So it helps the O-line block better, RB and WR's take the most hits from big hit and monster hits. LB's use Aura,Growl,Snarling tackles to dwindle down morale and energy, a boost at the right time can be the difference in a sack givin up or a dropped ball on a game winning drive.

1. Natural Leader
2. Clutch
3. Quick Release (Just because everybody says so. I haven't seen it...)

I think that this season hail mary and clock manager will emerge as viable options, in addition to quick release, clutch, natural leader and the atrributes VAs. You really can't go wrong wrong with any one of the 6, but quick release is probably the most important.

Slow Starter is the best attribute VA, imo.

I was curious about whether this worked when maxed or now. Against good, teams, at least.

I put some pts in one of my QBs after the upgrade this season but I'm not sure yet.
