Ok since Bort decided to post a thread and lock it so no one could respond I figured I'd make one where we could talk about things..

To me it seems like there's some teams out there that are bitching about Lincoln and Hali combining with other teams to make super teams. Maybe I am off base here but I would be willing to bet that atleast 75% of the teams here in the WL have at some point combined with another team to make their team better. Just because you did it at a lower level doesn't make it any better but it seems that Bort is going to try and punish us for it.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the whole collusion thing. If I am wrong someone let me know.

Flames never combined with anyone. I find it hard to believe 75% of the teams here did.

MPHD has not combined with anyone.

I am fairly certain that Santiago and Manus have not done so either.

Not too sure about the rest....

you find it hard to believe that after 11 seasons no good team has ever lost interest and the remaining players wanted to get involved with other good teams?

What do you consider "combining" The closest Monmouth ever came to Combining was Picking up 4 of Saris' dots, one of Sledges and one of Tricon's after the Nighthawks Broke up. Not exactly a Merge IMO

I think we could have all assumed that MPHD never did....you owning 45/55 dots and all.

A merge would be, lets compare our rosters, take your best and my best and make one super team. I find it difficult to believe 75% of the people here did that. I dunno, one team guts, another team talks to agent who owns like a decent number of player to join his team, beats the hell out of recruiting. I don't see how this is shady, it happens.

Here I the teams that I remember Merging that are up here

OTRRD-they merged with UFA
Lincoln-Merge with WW and OFG
Hali-It's a seasonal thing

This is different than combining with a team to make a super team. If a team guts and you add some players from the team, that's one thing. If the Flames, LSP, PaDong, TKW, ESL, and the Marauders (pre gut) said let's make an SEAPL super team and merged all the best players from each squad to do so, that's fucking gay.
